Arise Progress Update

As many of you know, we have been working diligently on developing the Arise Discipleship and Retreat Center now for over 2 years. The vision God has given us to house students, disciple, and create a place of respite is becoming a reality. Considerable infrastructure has had to be put in place to get to where we are now, and we have just finished our first multi-purpose building meeting our immediate needs for feeding and accommodating workers and guests. Roads, fences, property purchases, water wells, solar electric systems, plumbing, and master planning have all led to this year’s groundbreaking for the main hall. The excitement is building literally and spiritually!

Many may think that ministry is still in the wings waiting but God has been using this process to build up not only our students, but also our local Ugandan community. Agricultural trainings have already been offered and many new building skills have been developed by bringing in outside skilled labor to work alongside and train. All of this has been done through Gods Kingdom filter of love and caring as community for one another. So watch the video and see the latest, as we celebrate this milestone of what God has achieved.
